Engineered for superior performance in oil palm harvesting, our JBS Nylon Sickle Holder features a smart Stud/Pin and another 6,5mm hole just below the stud/pin. The other half of the Nylon Holder will have two 6.5mm holes similarly positioned with the stud/pin and the hole. This Nylon Holder is specially designed to perfectly fit in position the stem of the sickle, which is manufactured with 2 holes similarly positioned with the stud/pin and the hole of the Nylon Holder. This innovative Nylon Holder ensures a well precise fit, allowing the sickle to be securely positioned inside the pole for maximum stability.

Made from high-strength, impact-resistant nylon, it combines durability with lightweight efficiency, reducing vibration and enhancing cutting control. Once positioned, the sickle holder is firmly secured using a reinforced steel clamp, delivering a strong slip-free connection that stands up to demanding field conditions. Safety of harvester is further ensured when a 6mm Bolt & Nut is fitted so that the sickle will not be dislodged out of the pole during harvesting.
